The opinion of the court was delivered by Vernon Arrington appeals his convictions by a jury of two
counts of indecent liberties with a child (K.S.A. 21-3503) and
two counts of aggravated criminal sodomy (K.S.A. 21-3506). He
also appeals the sentences imposed, which resulted in a
controlling sentence of 15 years to life. We affirm. As there is no issue as to the sufficiency of the evidence, we
need not set forth the facts in detail.
